Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a few extra days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

As we work with trusted international suppliers to bring you quality products at great prices, please allow for the following estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped, so you can follow your package along the way.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Nordic lume is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you are unsure.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after it is first issued.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at yvillads@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our shipping partner and find a solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at yvillads@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
