14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies to all customers, in line with EU consumer protection law.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

Before your order ships: Log in to your account and cancel the order directly, or email us at yvillads@gmail.com.
After you've received your item: Contact us at yvillads@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason (optional). We will guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send items back before contacting us first — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Window

The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your last item. The period includes weekends and public holidays.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them
In their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will let you know the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of the return being approved or the withdrawal request being confirmed. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to process and display the refund.

In some cases (for example, low-cost items where return shipping cost exceeds the item value), we may issue a full refund without requiring the item to be shipped back. This will be communicated to you directly if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

If a physical return is required, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at yvillads@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number, so we can resolve it quickly — at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled free of charge. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard 14-day return policy above.
